Nutrition Pathfinder

An engine needs fuel, air and an ignition source. The body is also like an engine, it needs fuel (good food and water), ignition and air (exercise),

Do most of your shopping on the "perimeter" of the store, where the fresh, natural items have to be stocked in coolers. We want to buy items that are fresh and natural because our bodies know how to break down those items and use them for energy. Avoid processed chemicals, preserved fats and sugar as many of these items get stored as toxins or the body stores them immediately as fat. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated, this helps prevent a false feeling of hunger and helps the body burn fuel.
