Neil C. Krey is the president of MagentaLine, an aviation consulting and training services provider based in Fort Worth, Texas. He also works part time as Assistant Chief Flight Instructor for Marcair, an FAR 141 flight school located at Northwest Regional airport in Roanoke, Texas. He has received accreditation as a Master Flight Instructor by the National Association of Flight Instructors.

His aviation career spans over four decades, including positions as flight crewmember, chief pilot, flight department manager, instructor, and training developer. He has previously held positions with Bombardier Aerospace, Raytheon, FlightSafety International and CAE SimuFlite. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with 4,800 hours total time, and is type rated in the Learjet and Lockheed JetStar.

Since 1982 he has been involved in the development and delivery of training for pilots, flight crews, maintenance, and ramp personnel for general aviation, corporate flight operations and airlines around the world. He is a specialist in the area of Crew Resource Management (CRM), aviation human factors, and cockpit automation. He also hosts the Crew Resource Management Developers Forum at on the Internet.
